Refund Policy

Returns:

• We must be notified within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item
• Item must be physically returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the item
• Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return product to store
• Item must be in unworn, unused and unaltered condition (tags must still be attached if applicable)
• Refund will be issued once item is received to us

Defects:

We do inspect everything before sending out to our customers. However, if you receive something that is defective, please advise us within 2 business days of receipt of the item. We can discuss whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the product.
